Arcturus Therapeutics, Alcobra Complete Merger

The more than $50M of combined merger cash will be used for R&D of medicines for various diseases and RNA vaccines

Arcturus Therapeutics Ltd, a RNA medicines company, has merged with Alcobra Ltd.  The combined company has net cash of around $50.1 million for use in funding its research and development activities.
